Energy Boost Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
· 1/3 cup strawberries
· 1/3 cup blueberries
· 1/3 cup raspberries
· 1/3 cup blackberries
· 2 whole bananas (cut up)
· ½ cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
· 2 tablespoons of raw honey
Blend in blender for 1 minute until smooth, Drink Up!

Turkey Meatloaf |
2 lbs. Amish ground turkey 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon Mr. Wilson’s Incredible Seasoning
Mix together all ingredients except for 1/2 jar of marinara sauce. Place in a large cast iron skillet or 2 loaf pans and cook at 350°F for 45 minutes then spread remaining marinara sauce on top and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes. (All vegetable items and Breadcrumbs should be Organic) |
