Turkey Meatloaf


2 lbs. Amish ground turkey
3 free range eggs, slightly beaten
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 jar Organic marinara sauce
1 tablespoon Himalayan sea salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon Mr. Wilson’s Incredible Seasoning



Mix together all ingredients except for 1/2 jar of marinara sauce. Place in a large cast iron skillet or 2 loaf pans and cook at 350°F for 45 minutes then spread remaining marinara sauce on top and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes. (All vegetable items and Oatmeal should be Organic)

Energy Boost Breakfast Smoothie                                     


·         1/3 cup strawberries
·         1/3 cup blueberries
·         1/3 cup raspberries
·         1/3 cup blackberries
·         2 whole bananas (cut up)
·         ½ cup of almond milk

          1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
·         2 tablespoons of raw honey

Blend in blender for 1 minute until smooth, Drink Up!

 Banana Buckwheat Pancakes and Honey
·         2/3 cup of buckwheat flour
·         1/3 cup coconut flour
·         1 tablespoon of cinnamon
·         1 egg-beaten
·         1 tablespoon of coconut or virgin oil
·         2 teaspoons of Organic honey
·         3/4 cup of Almond milk or coconut milk or rice milk, or water
Mixed dry ingredients together first in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl together, pour wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients slowly folding in until all mixed together. Heat up your pan on medium heat add a little coconut oil to the pan, pour in silver dollar sized pancakes cook till brown on both sides.  Garnish with sliced bananas.

Healthy Alternative to traditional pancakes

Vegan Friendly if we substitute the egg for more coconut oil

Eating healthy on a busy schedule is not exactly easy; you really have to become organized. The following recipe can simplify life a little for you. When planning out your meals your objective is to choose natural, fresh foods that have the colors of the rainbow on the plate. Below is a simple recipe that reflects this concept

Wheat Pita Pizza

  • 4 Whole Wheat Pitas
  • ½ Sliced Red bell pepper
  • ¼ sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup Portabella mushrooms
  • 3 large leaves of sliced fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp of fresh grapes sliced in half
  • 3 tbsps of Amish Ground Turkey Meat
  • 1 cup of mixed soy cheese (Soy mozzarella & cheddar) or veggie mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp organic honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh cracked pepper
  • Mr. Wilson’s Incredible House Seasoning (or your choice of herb seasoning)


The above are suggested ingredients but you can use your imagination and mix it up


Be creative and have fun with the ingredients, but try to use fresh healthy items. Remember the more colors of the rainbow that you use, if fresh ingredients, the more nutritionally balanced this recipe will be.


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees


First let’s start by mixing the Olive oil, and honey in a small bowl together. Using a pastry brush, spread oil mixture around the rim of all four whole wheat pitas. Next add the toppings: red peppers, red onion, mushrooms, turkey, basil, and grapes. Sprinkle on top a pinch of the herb seasoning, and pepper.  Finally top it off with the cheese. Place it in the oven and bake it 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese melts.
